Can I place an order over the phone?
We currently only take orders online.

How should I pay for my order?
We use PayPal to take credit/debit card payment for an order; you will be transferred to the PayPal site where your card payment is processed via secure server (SSL). PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you send payment through PayPal you are providing only PayPal, not us, with your card information. You do not need to have a PayPal account.

When will my order be delivered?
We aim to send out orders the following day, however our official delivery times are:
within 4-10 days for UK customers, 5-12 days for European customers or 7-16 days for International customers. All our products are Limited Edition garments so trust us, they are worth waiting for.

What is your returns policy?
We’ll accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the UK and within 21 days of delivery for International returns.

What should I do if I have any problems?

Will I have to pay import duty/charges?
Not if you’re in the UK. If you are outside the UK any import duties are set by customs in the recipient’s country for which the customer will be responsible for.

Can somebody else sign for my order?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

What happens if I’m out when you try to deliver?
The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. The card will tell you how to collect or rearrange delivery of your parcel.

Is it safe to order online?
Saviour takes security very seriously. We use the latest technologies available to us.

When will I be charged for my order?
Once you’ve completed your order you’ll be asked to make payment via PayPal. This is a very simple procedure and once you’ve paid you’ll receive an email from Saviour confirming we’ve received your order and payment.

Does Saviour keep my credit card information?
No. All financial transactions are via PayPal so you’ll have all the usual latest security technologies and insurances that PayPal offer.

What currency are your prices quoted in?
All prices quoted on the Saviour website are in GBP (£).

Will I have to pay VAT on my final bill?
No, all products are quoted including VAT.

What if a product is OUT OF STOCK?
All Saviour products are Limited Edition garments. They are made in short runs of 100 garments with no more than 600 being produced in total. If a product you really want is out of stock follow the instructions to ‘EMAIL ME’ when it’s back in stock. We’ll aim to let you know any further availability within 24 hours.

Will I have to pay for return postage?
Yes. We’d suggest you use a signed for service as the product is your responsibility until we receive it back at our offices.
