By selecting a product in the menu you can view details of that product. To view bigger detailed images roll over the thumbnails.

SIZE GUIDE

Please refer to our size chart, which includes UK sizing standards and a rough guideline of measurements.
Please contact us at info@saviour-online.com prior to ordering if you have any doubts about sizing.

Example: If you are a 34" waist we'd suggest you are a large top.

ORDERING

When you have decided on an item, click BUY THIS ITEM to select your size and colour choice. Click ADD TO BASKET. If you wish to remove a product you can do this in the VIEW BASKET facility at the top-right of the screen. You can continue to add items to your basket until you are ready to place your order. Click VIEW BASKET at any time to review your selections.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Our rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items, and includes a handling fee for packaging. UK and international orders are sent as signed for packages.

Custom Taxes and Duties

If you are an International customer, you may be charged taxes and duties by the customs of your country. This is outside of our control and we are unable to estimate what these charges may be.

PAYMENT

Prices shown on our site are in GBP Pound Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (based on current UK rate). Select CHECKOUT when you are ready to pay for your purchase. Please verify the details of your order such as size and colour, and your shipping information before submission. Changes or cancellations will not be accepted. You will be required to pay via PayPal. Payment information will be collected through their secure site. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you send payment through PayPal you are providing only PayPal, not us, with your card information. You do not need to have a PayPal account.

PROCESSING

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automated e-mail to confirm details of your purchase. Should additional information be required or if we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability, you should hear from us within 3 - 4 working days. Our site is updated daily to ensure that our stock inventory is as accurate as possible. However, many of our products are available in limited quantities. Hence, the information on the site can only be indicative of availability of products.

We will pack your order carefully and prepare it for shipment by 'Signed For' post. Your package should arrive within 4 - 10 days for UK customers, 5 - 12 days for European customers or 7 - 16 days for International customers. Please do not hesitate to contact us at store@saviour-online.com if you have not received your order within the specified time.

CARING FOR YOUR GARMENT

Saviour products are passionately designed and some products are hand finished. Please follow the washing instructions. Failure to do this means Saviour can't be held responsible for the product and can't offer refunds or exchanges in these circumstances.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in mint condition. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Saviour. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition with tags attached and a proof of purchase. Please check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

Refund requests will be fulfilled with a credit note to your saviour-online.com account. It can be used for your next order and any unused credit will remain on your account until your next purchase. Please note that we don't give cash or credit card refunds.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and we have a limited quantity of our products. Please clarify any doubts about sizing before ordering. If we are unable to fulfill your exchange request, you will receive credit in your saviour-online.com account. We are unable to process any exchange requests for a completely different item.

In the case that the product is faulty, we will offer you a full refund that excludes shipping and any custom or tax duties.

Please return products to us using a recorded delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during transit. Saviour-online.com will accept returns within 7 days of delivery for UK customers, 21 days for International customers. In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt, and your reason for the return or exchange.
