We use PayPal to take credit/debit card payment for an order; you will be transferred to the PayPal site where your card payment is processed via secure server (SSL). PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you send payment through PayPal you are providing only PayPal, not us, with your card information. You do not need to have a PayPal account.

In the unfortunate event that your information has been leaked or misused, Saviour cannot be held liable for any losses incurred to you.

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in mint condition. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Saviour. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition with tags attached and a proof of purchase. Please check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. Sample sale items are non-refundable.

Refund requests will be fulfilled with a credit note to your saviour-online.com account. It can be used for your next order and any unused credit will remain on your account until your next purchase. Please note that we don’t give cash or credit card refunds.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and we have a limited quantity of our products. Please clarify any doubts about sizing before ordering. If we are unable to fulfill your exchange request, you will receive credit in your saviour-online.com account. We are unable to process any exchange requests for a completely different item.

In the case that the product is faulty, we will offer you a full refund that excludes shipping and any custom or tax duties.

Please return products to us using a recorded delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during transit. Saviour-online.com will accept returns within 7 days of delivery for UK customers and within 21 days of delivery for International customers. In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt, and your reason for the return or exchange.
